Booking Policies

Please don’t hesitate to ask me questions. The following booking policy is in place to help me balance my year round calendar. I reserve the right to modify these policies at my discretion. 

Jan 1 through December 31 of the Trip Year

• All bookings made for the current calendar year are first come first serve.

Pre October 1 Bookings for the Following Calendar Year 

• Non-flood tide date are open for booking for the following year. 

• Booking made the year prior are subject to potential price increases for the following year.

The Year Prior Oct 1 - Dec 31 Bookings

• Flood tide bookings for the following year are open to clients who have or are booking an equal or greater number of non-flood tide trips. 

• Booking made the year prior are subject to potential price increases for the following year. 

Pricing for 2027

Jan-Aug 4hrs $550 / 6hrs $650 / 8hrs $850 

Sept-Dec 4hrs $650 / 6hrs $750 / 8hrs $950

Cancelations

Customers will receive a full refund with six days notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Weather cancelations are solely at the discretion of the captain. Contact me by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows and cancelations made within six days of a trip will be charged my half day rate. A trip reminder email is automatically sent out seven days prior to any trip.
